Pastor Cyndela Walters have been joyfully married for 39 years to the love of her life, Pastor Byron Walters. Together, they are the proud parents of five saved and devoted children, all of whom have served in ministry. Their legacy continues through 15 beloved grandchildren.

In 1998, Pastor Cyndela received her pastoral ordination as part of an affiliate ministry of the Shield of Faith Fellowship of Churches International, Inc., under the leadership of Apostle Henry B. Alexander. Pastor  Cyndela and Pastor Byron Walters served faithfully within that fellowship for eight years.

After serving the County of Riverside for more than 22 years; Pastor Cyndela retired as a county manager with a staff of 300 under her leadership.

Today, Pastor Cyndela Walters serves as the Co-founder and Assistant Pastor of Paraclete Ministries International, a ministry committed to “Coming Alongside” pastors and churches in need of support and revitalization. Our mission is to help ministries redevelop and strengthen key areas, enabling them to flourish and fulfill their God-given purpose.
